Deposits & Withdrawals
USDC is your main collateral — it backs your perpetual and outcome positions. You can also deposit and withdraw the spot assets you trade (such as BTC or ETH). This page covers how to move funds in and out.
Deposits
How you deposit depends on how you signed in and which chain your funds are on.
| Your situation | How to deposit |
|---|---|
| USDC on Arbitrum, signed in with a wallet | The app sends USDC from your wallet to the bridge — approve the transaction. |
| USDC on Arbitrum, signed in with email/social | Send USDC to the deposit address shown (scan the QR or copy it). |
| USDC (or other assets) on another chain | Use the bridge: pick your source chain and send to the address shown. A bridge fee and estimated arrival time are displayed before you send. |
A few things to know:
- Minimum deposit is small (currently 5 USDC).
- Deposits are credited to your account automatically once they have enough confirmations on the source chain — typically a minute or two.
- USDC is credited to your perp account by default, ready to use as collateral. Spot assets (such as ETH or BTC) go directly to your spot account.
Depositing spot assets
Spot assets are deposited to your TxFlow Spot deposit address, which the deposit popup shows for each token. You can send from a centralized exchange or from an on-chain wallet.
Option A: Deposit from a CEX- Click Deposit in the app.
- Select the token, and copy the address shown in the deposit popup — this is your TxFlow Spot deposit address.
- Log in to your CEX account.
- Go to Withdraw, select your token, and choose the correct network (for example, BTC on the Bitcoin network).
- Paste the address into the CEX withdrawal page.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
Your funds should arrive in your TxFlow spot account within a few minutes.
Option B: Deposit from an on-chain wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and so on)
- Open your wallet.
- Go to Send, and select your token and network (for example, ETH on Ethereum mainnet).
- Copy your TxFlow Spot deposit address.
- Paste the address, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.
Your funds should arrive in your TxFlow spot account within a few minutes.
Withdrawals
Withdrawing USDC from your perp account
Withdrawing USDC sends it back to your own wallet. It's built so that no single party can move your money:
- Request it in the app — choose how much to withdraw, and pick where it goes:
- Address — send to an external wallet, and choose the withdrawal chain: Arbitrum One, Ethereum, Base, Polygon PoS, or Solana.
- TxFlow Account — transfer to another TxFlow account.
- The network approves it — a large majority of TxFlow's validators have to agree, so no one operator can release your funds on their own.
- A short safety wait — there's a built-in waiting period before the money is sent out. It's a security buffer that gives the network time to catch and stop anything that looks wrong.
- Funds arrive — after the wait, your funds land in the wallet and on the chain you chose.
Good to know:
- A flat 1 USDC fee is charged per withdrawal, whichever chain you withdraw to (this covers the network cost of paying you out). The minimum withdrawal is 2 USDC.
- Transfers to another TxFlow account are free, apart from a one-time 1 USDC fee the first time you send to a given account.
- Because of the safety wait, withdrawals aren't instant.
See Deposit & Withdrawal Fees for the full fee breakdown.
Withdrawing spot assets
To move a spot asset from TxFlow to a CEX or an on-chain wallet:
- Click Withdraw in the app.
- Select your token.
- Enter the destination address — your CEX deposit address or your on-chain wallet address.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm.
Funds typically arrive within minutes, depending on network conditions.
