Product Notices
Trading hours, product-specific terms, and risk disclosures for the markets on TxFlow that reference off-chain assets.
Crypto perpetuals trade continuously. Markets that reference equities, private companies, or currencies do not: their underlying venues close, and the contracts carry risks that a crypto perpetual does not. The notices in this section set out when those markets trade and what you are taking on when you trade them.
In this section
| Notice | Covers |
|---|---|
| Stock Perpetuals | Regular trading hours, daylight saving time, the US market holiday calendar, and the equity risk disclaimer |
| FX Perpetuals | 24/5 trading hours and the foreign exchange risk disclaimer |
| Pre-IPO Perpetuals | What a Pre-IPO contract is, eligibility, and the risk disclosure |
Reduce-only outside trading hours
Stock and Pre-IPO perpetuals reference assets whose primary venues close on weekends, public holidays, and outside regular session hours. While a market's underlying venue is closed, trading on that market may be limited to reduce-only orders: you can close or shrink an existing position, but you cannot open a new one or add to what you hold.
Plan your positions around the session schedule. A position left open across a closed session is still marked, still funded, and still liquidatable while you cannot add margin by opening an offsetting position.
