# Points Program Terms

These terms are part of the TxFlow Terms of Use. By taking part in the Points Program, you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use apply.

### 1. Who can take part

1.1 The Points Program is open to anyone with an active TxFlow account, subject to the regional and eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use.1.2 TxFlow-operated accounts are not eligible for Points.1.3 Testnet or simulated activity, and trading on unsupported or delisted markets (after delisting takes effect), do not earn Points.

### 2. How Points are scored

2.1 Your Points reflect your trading as a whole, not any single action.2.2 Scoring weights and formulas are proprietary. TxFlow may add, remove or refine scoring factors during or between seasons to keep the program fair.2.3 Weekly Points are displayed each week on your Points dashboard. If farming is detected later, only the Points linked to that activity can be adjusted, including deductions for wallets flagged for Sybil activity.2.4 Third-party calculators and community estimates are helpful, but they are not endorsed by TxFlow and do not determine your Points.

### 3. Keeping the game fair

3.1 The following activity takes Points away from genuine traders, so we don't allow it:

* Wash trading or self-matching: trading with yourself or with accounts you control to inflate trading metrics.
* Sybil farming: deliberately creating or operating multiple accounts or wallets, manually or in an automated way, to farm Points systematically.
* Artificial volume: cycling trades with no genuine market intent to inflate volume.
* Referral abuse: fake or inactive referred accounts, signing up under your own referral code (directly or through another wallet you control), or circular referral arrangements.
* Exploiting bugs or unintended behavior to gain Points.
* Getting around integrity checks or risk controls, or trying to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology.
* Market manipulation, such as spoofing or layering.

3.2 These rules apply whether activity happens in one account, across several accounts, or through coordination with other users, and across all assets, pairs and products. Having another trading purpose alongside farming does not change the assessment.3.3 If several wallets are clearly controlled by the same person or group, we may treat them as one user, so the pool stays fair for everyone else.3.4 We review activity on an ongoing basis. If farming is found, the Points linked to it, including Points earned by wallets flagged for Sybil activity, may be reduced, withheld or deducted, including retroactively. Repeated or serious farming may lead to exclusion from the Points Program.3.5 We want to get this right. If you think your eligibility or Points were affected by mistake, contact official TxFlow support and we'll review it.3.6 Exclusion from the Points Program does not affect your access to the platform. You can keep trading as normal.

### 4. Your Points

4.1 Points are non-transferable and stay with the wallet that earned them. TxFlow will not move Points to another wallet, including after wallet theft, lost private keys or lost access.4.2 Points measure your contribution to TxFlow. They are not a currency.4.3 Trading carries real costs and risks. Trade at a pace and size that suits you.

### 5. Changes to the program

5.1 We may refine the program as it grows, including its rules, scoring, pool sizes and schedule. We'll tell you about material changes in advance through official channels.5.2 If the program ends, we will tell you how accumulated Points will be treated.

### 6. Looking ahead

6.1 Points may be one of the factors considered for any future token distribution. We will announce the details of any such distribution separately, through official TxFlow channels.6.2 Your Points are a record of your trading contribution. Full details of any future distribution will be shared through official TxFlow channels when they are ready.

### 7. Good to know

7.1 TxFlow makes no promise about the future value of any token that may be connected to the Points Program.7.2 Taking part in the Points Program is not an investment or a promise of future returns.7.3 Trading carries risk. TxFlow is not liable for trading losses connected with the Points Program, or for losses from Points adjustments, program changes or exclusion, except where the law requires otherwise.<br>
