Important notice

Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals are derivative products that mirror the price movements of the referenced equities, yet they grant no ownership stake in those underlying assets. Because market conditions can shift quickly, trading these instruments carries considerable risk, up to and including the loss of your entire investment. In some regions, access to this product may be limited. The responsibility rests entirely with you to grasp the risks at stake and to judge whether this product suits your financial situation before entering into any transaction.

Disclaimer and risk warning

The contracts listed above bear no association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the issuer of the relevant underlying shares or with the exchange on which those shares trade. Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals are derived from a basket of tokenized stock indices that already circulate in the market. That said, Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals do not constitute a security and confer no actual or beneficial ownership of the underlying stocks, their corresponding stock tokens/Pre-IPO tokens, or the indices. Nor do Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals grant you any entitlement to dividends, interest, voting rights, shareholder rights, or rights offerings (including, without limitation, share splits, spin-offs, or subscription rights) connected to the underlying stocks, their corresponding stock tokens/Pre-IPO tokens, or the indices.

In addition, Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals are not backed, insured, approved, or guaranteed by any government or institution. Trading these instruments carries risks, among them market risk, liquidity risk, and risks stemming from pricing mechanisms or issuer adjustments. We encourage you to do your own research and evaluate your risk tolerance carefully before trading. Past performance offers no assurance of future results. Stock perpetuals and/or Pre-IPO perpetuals are unavailable in certain jurisdictions, and each user is solely responsible for confirming that their use of this product complies with local laws and regulations. Digital assets are highly speculative and prone to considerable volatility; they can become illiquid at any moment, and investors may lose the full value of their investment. Before trading any digital asset, you should carry out your own research and gauge your risk tolerance. TxFlow accepts no liability for any losses you may sustain from trading digital assets. Nothing in this material should be taken as financial advice. For further details, please refer to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
