Signing

Like approveBuilderFee, this action is signed directly by the account key. Its EIP-712 primary type is distinct from the approval type:

The replay nonce is the body's own nonce. When the outer payload carries signatureChainId, it overrides only domain.chainId; the business chainId inside the signed struct remains unchanged. See Signing.
