`builderMeClaimable`

Returns the Builder's current claimable balance plus lifetime earned and claimed totals from the aggregate table.

Pass the builder's own wallet address in user. claimable = max(totalEarned - totalClaimed, 0).

For the on-chain live balance, compare with builderState.
