Returns paginated builder-fee earnings aggregated by order. Multiple fills for the same order are merged into one row; amounts and quantities are summed, and price is the order VWAP.
Pass the builder's own wallet address in user. Each row's user field is the masked trading-user address, not the builder.
total counts matching orders across all pages, not individual fills. Deep paging is capped at page × pageSize + pageSize ≤ 10000; narrow the time window when you need older pages.
