userNonFundingLedgerUpdates

Non-funding ledger rows. Vault deposits & withdrawals must send deltaTypes: ["deposit","withdraw"] so the service uses the deposit/withdraw path and can return total as the sum of both counts.

Omit deltaTypes for the wider ledger (token-send, vault events, multi-chain). That merge has no reliable total. There is no contract or side filter.

Include outcome in accountTypes to return transfers and other non-funding changes involving the Outcome sub-account.
