`outcomeBbos`

Streams the best bid and best ask for a batch of Outcome instruments over the node /ws connection. A subscription contains 1–50 unique instrumentIds and an exchangeId.

Each bbo tuple is [bestBid, bestAsk]. Either side is null when the book has no order there. To watch more than 50 instruments, create multiple subscriptions on the same connection; one connection accepts up to 20 active Outcome BBO groups.
